Store Policy

RETURN POLICY

FiveFigg is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the product within 30 days. Simply, ship it back to us. Items can be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to the original payment method.

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • The item(s) returned must be in their unworn, original condition

  • Please note the following exceptions to this return policy:

  1. Holiday Items - must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Create Your Own Tie Dye Shirts - not eligible for return

 

STEPS FOR RETURNING ITEMS:

1.  Send an email to info@fivefigg.com.   Include the following:

  • Your name & address

  • A copy of your original receipt with the order number.

  • Explain which item(s) you would like to return and your reason for the return.

  • State if you are requesting item(s) to be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to the original payment method.

2.  You will receive a response to this email with a Return Authorization Form.  Print this form and include it in the package with the returned item.

 

3.  ​Pack product in protective shipment packaging.  Your package should include:

  • Returned Item

  • Copy of Receipt

  • Completed Return Authorization Form

REMEMBER: The product is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.  FiveFigg, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns that you send. So, please do pack your return carefully and secure it well.

4.  Purchase postage.  

(Please note: FiveFigg does not pay shipping cost for returns.)

​

For tracking purposes, we strongly suggest you purchase and include and/or for each package returned.

If any package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not be able to replace or refund your order. So please confirm tracking.

PROCESSING RETURNS:

  • Once your return has arrived at our facility, it will be processed in approximately 10 business days.

  • Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
